RZR SUSPENSION
Lonestar Racing RZR Plus 4" MTS Suspension
It handles the woops with ease, and has razor sharp cornering abilities to compliment the added stability this kit provides. The kit comes with tie rod extenders, delron steering stops, new upper ball joints, greasable delron pivot points, and extended axle shafts of your choice.
For best performance, we recommend that your shocks be sprung and vavled specific to this kit. Sets manufactured after January 2007 will fit the OEM wheels. Depending on the tires and wheels used, some fender triming will be required.
Featuring Quick Caster to fine tuning steering feel, easily adjustable to 3 to 7 degrees depending on preference, 4" wider a-arms per side, 1" rear placement in the back, up to12.5" of wheel travel, 4130 laser cut tabs and plates, 4130 tubing, TIG welded, extended brake lines included, mounts for OEM sway bars and Lifetime Warranty.

Lonestar Racing RZR Plus 8" XTR Long Travel Suspension
The kit includes all a-arms, your choice of axles, brake lines, and bolt on frame supports. The kit uses two raised shock towers that also bolt onto the chassis. Some of the OEM pivot hardware will be reused along with the ball joints.
The front lower a-arms have dual pivot mounts to the chassis for more strength. The mounting plate can be bolted on or welded for the hardcore racer. All extra mounting plates and gussets included can be bolted on (drilling required) or welded on for maximum strength.
This kit will take some extra time to install due to all of the extra mounting hardware. Some drilling is required

XTREME RZR XMF Plus 6" Longtravel System
XMF has developed a long travel suspension kit to meet the demands of taking your Rhino to higher speeds and rougher terrains. This kit is one of the most agile kits on the market! The adjustable camber and +o forward on the front arms allows this kit to corner with ease. With 14” of wheel travel front and rear and 16 way adjustable Walker Evans shocks, you can rip through the whoops and cruise around camp in comfort all in the same day. The kit installs with ease 100% bolt on.

- Upper uses a ¾ FK Chromalloy Teflon coated heim joint with a adapter to connect to the stock spindle with out any drilling. The dapter is constructed of Chromalloy steel which is heat treated and black oxide for strength and appearance.
- Rear Arms – uses tube cups with CNC washer TIG welded for strength to attach hubs to arm which provides a much stronger connection than using tabs.
- All arms use grease able Delron bushings and crush tubes on the chassis side

Fabtech Long Travel Suspension
Fabtech expands their line of successful Long Travel UTV applications to include the Polaris Ranger RZR. Designed as a complete system, the front control arms feature construction of 1.25 OD .120 wall 4130 Chromoly tubing with dimple die gusset plates for unsurpassed strength. Arms are located to the frame via graphite impregnated Delrin bushings. Front arms utilize 3/4“ teflon lined heim ends at the spindle. Rear upper arms are built with .125 thick steel plate while lower arms are 1.25 OD .120 wall 4130 Chromoly. Rear upper and lower arms utilize Delrin frame bushings. This system increases wheel travel to 13” for aggressive offroad driving. Working in conjunction with the wider track width and increased travel, Fabtech includes steering rod extensions with 1/2“ heim ends, replacement 4340 heat treated axle shafts and control arm frame gusset kit.
The heart of this system is Fabtech’s Dirt Logic 2.0 Resi Coilover shocks. These shocks contain components from Fabtech’s race shock line for maximum durability. Extensive ride work was performed to dial in the shock valving in for aggressive high speed offroad driving while still providing a comfortable low speed ride for cruising around campsites and pits.
All components included in this system are finished in a neutral gunmetal gray powdercoat.
