Honda TRX400EX 440cc Big Bore Kit

Let Trinity's 440cc kit give you the edge on the competition. Start with a Stage IV exhaust then stack the deck in your favor with the Trinity sleeve and hone your cylinder, then squeeze in a 11:1 high-compression piston. Honda TRX400EX Bore & Hone Cylinder

The attention to detail is what's made Trinity #1 in performance engines. The precision matching process Trinity uses with the quickway boring bar combined with the power hone makes precise diamond-shaped micro-pockets in the cylinder wall. The precision cross-hatch pattern will improve ring break-in and overall oil retention.




Honda TRX400EX Big Bore Sleeve

Trinity brings you the best cylinder sleeves to give you high performance and reliability. A cheaper sleeve with a Brinell Harness Number (BHN) range around 190 will let the rings create grooves right in the sleeve. Don't take the chance! Trinity sleeves are the highest quality, U.S. made and alloyed cast, with a BRN range around 230 and they will let you you run the massive 440cc piston reliably.




Honda TRX400EX High-Compression Piston

Trinity extensively tests every part before it's approved and their 400EX pistons are no exception. These pistons were developed by Trinity in conjunction with J&E pistons to bring you the utmost in power and reliability. Trinity's piston kits provide superior heat control with less expansion and come complete with rings & wrist pin. Replace your worn stocker with a more powerful, higher compression ratio Stage IV piston.





Honda TRX400EX Porting

Due to flow constraints in the 400EX head, porting the intake tract is critical. It's not just about making it bigger, it's about making it flow better. To perfect the flow characteristics in your Honda 400EX head, combine your porting with the high-flow valve job, and the combustion chamber mod. Different fuels put different demands on head flow, so Trinity gives you the option of running gas or alcohol by running a different profile and head modification to best suit your choice of fuels.

Honda TRX400EX Dyna Ignition

The Dyna FS is a direct plug in replacement of the stock ignition that plugs into the stock harness. This Dyna box produces a longer and more intense spark than the stock ignition, adding power & torque. The Dyna FS ignition reprograms your ATV to release that power with 4 ignition advance curves - 3 high performance and 1 stock curve- which you can easily choose from as you ride. You can also change on the fly by flipping the easily-accessible switch.

Honda TRX400EX High-Performance Camshaft

Trinity cam grinds are designed in conjunction with, and manufactured by industry leader Webcam and are configured to squeeze the best power out of your 400EX. Get a cam that's dynamically tuned to bring out the best in your machine. Trinity's Stage II sport camshaft pulls harder through mid-range and gives more torque, with extended top-end power. Adding the pro-port and valve job is recommended.




Honda TRX400EX Heavy-Duty Valve Springs

With higher ramp speeds on more aggressive camshaft profiles, valves can bounce at high RPM causing damage from piston to valve interference, or bending or burning valves due to excess heat. Lucky for you, these valve springs clamp the valves down tight. Keeping the valve train under control also adds top-end horsepower.
