LONG TRAVEL SUSPENSION

Fabtech expands their line of successful Long Travel UTV applications to include the Polaris Ranger RZR. Designed as a complete system, the front control arms feature construction of 1.25 OD .120 wall 4130 Chromoly tubing with dimple die gusset plates for unsurpassed strength. Arms are located to the frame via graphite impregnated Delrin bushings. Front arms utilize 3/4“ teflon lined heim ends at the spindle. Rear upper arms are built with .125 thick steel plate while lower arms are 1.25 OD .120 wall 4130 Chromoly. Rear upper and lower arms utilize Delrin frame bushings. This system increases wheel travel to 13” for aggressive offroad driving. Working in conjunction with the wider track width and increased travel, Fabtech includes steering rod extensions with 1/2“ heim ends, replacement 4340 heat treated axle shafts and control arm frame gusset kit.
The heart of this system is Fabtech’s Dirt Logic 2.0 Resi Coilover shocks. These shocks contain components from Fabtech’s race shock line for maximum durability. Extensive ride work was performed to dial in the shock valving in for aggressive high speed offroad driving while still providing a comfortable low speed ride for cruising around campsites and pits.

gunmetal gray powdercoat.
