Front Arms-
Lower- use the stock ball joint to keep OEM geometry
Upper uses a ¾ FK Chromalloy Teflon coated heim joint with a tapered adapter to connect to the stock spindle with out any drilling. The tapered adapter is constructed of Chromalloy steel which is heat treated and black oxide for strength and appearance.
Rear Arms – uses tube cups with CNC washer TIG welded for strength to attach hubs to arm which provides a much stronger connection than using tabs.
All arms use grease able Delron bushings and crush tubes on the chassis side

Our race winning kit has been proven on the track, in the desert and on the dunes. This kit is one of the most agile kits on the market! The adjustable camber and +o forward on the front arms allows this kit to corner with ease. With 13 ¾” of wheel travel front and rear and 16 way adjustable Walker Evans shocks, you can rip through the whoops and cruise around camp in comfort all in the same day. The kit installs with ease 100% bolt on requires 4 5/16 holes to be drilled if you use the billet shock reservoir mounts.

The kit comes with tie rod extenders, delron steering stops, new upper ball joints, greasable delron pivot points, and extended axle shafts of your choice.
For best performance, we recommend that your shocks be sprung and vavled specific to this kit.

LONESTAR RACING Plus 6.5" XTR SUSPENSION Part: n/a
OEM wheels will fit on the front. To use the OEM wheels on the rear, a wheel spacer is required. However, all aftermarket 12" cast 5+2 offset wheels will fit front, and rear with no spacers. The Douglas spun aluminum wheels require a 4+3 offset in 12" diameter to fit properly. Some minor fender trimming is required.
To obtain the full benefits of this suspension system, we recommend that your Rhino have some performance engine modifications. This suspension system is built to complement the high speeds and high performance driving style that you demand. Special long travel shocks are required.

FABTECH LONG TRAVEL SUSPENSION Part: n/a
As one of the most trusted names in offroad light truck suspension systems, Fabtech breaks into the ATV market with their cutting edge Yamaha Rhino Long Travel suspension system.
Designed as a complete system, the front and rear control arms feature 1.25 OD .120 wall 4130 Chromoly tubing with dimple die gusset plates for unsurpassed strength. Arms mount to the frame via graphite impregnated Delrin bushings. Front upper arms utilize 3/4 " teflon lined heim ends with lower arms receiving 7/8” uniballs for an unrestricted 13” of usable wheel travel. Working in conjunction with the wider track width and travel, Fabtech includes steering rod extensions with 1/2 “ heim ends.
This system is available with replacement 4340 heat treated axle shafts for aggressive driving or with complete heavy duty CV axle assemblies. The heart of this system is Fabtech's Dirt Logic 2.0 Resi Coilover shocks. These shocks contain components from Fabtech's race shock line for maximum durability. Extensive ride work was performed to dial in the shock valving for aggressive high speed offroad driving while still providing a comfortable low speed ride for cruising around campsites and pits.
