Trinity Racing R&D releases the Stage IV exhaust system for the Suzuki LT500. The LT500 Stage IV exhaust gives you an incredible increase over the stock exhaust. The Stage IV is tuned for serious power increases when matched with additional performance parts. The Stage IV System comes complete with the header pipe, muffler and all other necessary hardware, and is constructed from the highest quality steel.

To feed your LT500 more fuel, the Trinity R&D department offers the Keihin 39mm. Remember, just bolting up a bigger carb can actually make your 500 lose performance. Trinity engineers were able to overcome flow problems by designing a velocity tube that sets back the intake, channeling the airflow into the carb. Also included is an Outerwear-wrap that protects your new K&N filter from sand, dirt, and grit. Trinity's stainless steel and coated throttle cable (thumb or twist) replaces your stock unit. Gaskets and hardware are included, as are a selection of jets for fine tuning.
