If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 1.877.FASTOYS for a Return Authorization Number. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be new.
20% restocking fee may apply.
Please follow the return check list to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.
Return or Refund
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
PRODUCT: Credit less all freight charges incurred. product cannot have been install or mounted.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Not returnable
ALL OTHER ITEMS: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
Orders shipped UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or money order, we will refund by check to the billing address. Payments received by Paypal will be only refunded back to the original Paypal account used.
Shipping and damage claims:
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact Trinity Racing at 1.877.FASTOYS or you sales Representative within a timely manner. We will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return.
Manufacturer’s Warranties
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. Other than applicable manufacturer’s, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
