For decades, we have set the industry standard. Our R&D department spends countless hours designing our signature porting specifications. Our engineers use Port Flow Analyzer software to achieve the best possible combinations for our customer's personal applicatoins. Our goal is to make al of the components work together: cam profile, port shape, valve shape, seat shape, stem diameters and the combustion chamber profile are all factors that are considered. Port velocities, volumes and total CFM are just some of the analyzed data. Finally, confirmation is achieved through the use of our state of the art SuperFlow Dynamometer which validates our performance goals.

Four Stroke Porting:
Porting is a highly technical and intricate part of any performance engine package and has been one of our specialties for over 30 years. We invest countless hours yearly in R&D allowing us to offer our customers the highest quality and performance possible. Testing port velocity and port stability is the only way to insure getting the most usable CFM (cubic feet per minute) from every lift point. The use of computer monitored flow benches are an excellent way to measure and diagnose port designs, ensuring maximum performance. The use of this equipment also helps determine cam design and valve size for specific riding requirements.

Two Stroke Porting:
Two stroke porting is NOT done by trial and error as some tend to believe. It is an exact science that we have perfected within our 30+ years of business. Creating the right combination of pressure, sweep, draw, reversion, and combustion all working together at the exact timing points is definitely a talent that comes with experience and technical know-how. Trinity Racing's modified 734cc Rhino. First off, it's blindly fast. Power hook-up is awesome with a strong hard hit from the upper bottom end to a surging mid-range and potent top-end. There is plenty of low-end to get the tires spinning, and when it hits the mid range rush it explodes off the line. Top is phenomenal with a strong over-rev that lets it build RPM steadily. Using race proven specifications, our highly skilled staff can port & polish any four stroke cylinder head.
